- RMU (Retail Merchandising Unit) - the center will provide your business with a state-of-the-art unit, which will enable you to promote and sell your product line.
- KIOSK - tenant supplied freestanding structures designed to properly display and feature the products being sold.
- IN-LINE - when available, an in-line store offers your business a temporary space for enhanced merchandising and additional selling area.
Aviation Mall is strategically located in the Town of Queensbury, New York at the junction of Interstate 87 (Exit 19, Adirondack Northway) and Route 254. The mall offers convenient on/off access to I-87. The intersection of Routes 9 and 254 is the busiest intersection in the Town of Queensbury.
Aviation Mall sits seven miles south of Lake George and 20 miles north of Saratoga Springs, both popular resort areas. This proximity affords the shopping center a substantial amount of tourist traffic, in both summer and winter. New York's Department of Economic Development estimates that tourism is a $550 million annual industry in Warren County, in which Aviation Mall resides.
