Steve's Notes:

Won't be long before this one is gone because there is suddenly a mass exodus.

Pottery Barn closed on January 26 and Williams-Sonoma shortly after. The closures come shortly after new locations opened up in Virginia Beach Town Center.

Banana Republic closed January 11, 2019.

Chico s, Yankee Candle Co., and Zales Jewelers closed on January 22, 2019.

Aveda closed on January 29, 2019.

Candyland and 8 Below Ice Cream closed on February 2, 2019.

On January 23, 2019, it was announced that Nordstrom would be closing on April 5, 2019.

And the final death knell is when you have a shooting.....

On February 14, 2019, multiple shots were fired in the Nordstrom court after a fight between rival gangs broke out.
